Volunteers

You can be part of a dedicated team helping homeless, abandoned and abused animals in our community. You will meet new people with similar interests and hobbies. You will be able to share special skills and develop new ones to benefit yourself and the organization. You can enhance your resume with valuable experience and acquire references. You also get an overload of wet kisses, soft purrs, paw prints, and tail wags.

  Transportation of Animals

Transportation of our animals to and from vet appointments and to and from off-site adoption locations.

  Administrative Support

Clerical assistant, mailings, filing, data entry are many of the tasks with which we need your help.

  Artwork and Graphics

  Collection Jar Program

Place donation jars at business locations; collect funds monthly; report activities.

  Fund Raising/Special Events

Serve on a committee for one of our many special events which provide a needed source of income.

  Grooming

Assisting the staff to uncover the beauty of our animals and help the animal feel better.

  TLC (Tender Loving Care)

Socializing, walking, and caring for the Humane Society animals.

  Maintenance of Facilities

General maintenance, painting, and other facility improvement projects.
